G7 Real World CGM Study

The purpose of this prospective observational study is to gather practical use data of the Dexcom G7 rtCGM system utilized throughout pregnancy among patients with gestational diabetes (GDM). Primary Study Objective: (1) To generate data on the practical use of rtCGM to manage pregnancy in patients with GDM (2) To evaluate maternal glycemic control throughout pregnancy (3) To evaluate perinatal and neonatal outcomes among pregnant persons with GDM using rtCGM.
