Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to depict single-cell transcriptomic and meta-transcriptomic atlases of induced sputum samples from patients cured of TB to comprehensively characterize host-microbiome interactions. This study will simultaneously characterize the respiratory microbiome and define the diversity of cellular phenotypic and functional characteristics of airway cells after TB treatment completion, comparing those with PTLD to those without PTLD.
