Brief description of study
The primary purpose of the study is to demonstrate safety of cochlear implantation in an expanded adult population. To evaluate the objective of the study, site will review device and procedure related adverse events and serious adverse events reported through Visit 4 (6-months). Events will be summarized by type, frequency, and severity.
