Brief description of study
To determine the response of SkM OxPhos to supplemental oxygen in HFpEF noting that an increase in SkM OxPhos with supplemental oxygen suggests the presence of mitochondrial functional reserve. Change in SkM OxPhos on CrCEST in response to supplemental oxygen Change in intramuscular perfusion with supplemental oxygen as compared to room air
