Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to identify the clinical and biological characteristics of HS. Subject over the age of 18 diagnosed with HS will have one initial study visit and then be seen every 6 months during their standard routine clinic visit. First visit will consist of completing a survey and a skin exam. Every visit thereafter will consist of completing a survey, skin exam and optional donation of skin biopsy, skin swabs, saliva, blood, tape, stool and hair samples,
