LOCKIT -SP1 and -SP2
Brief description of study
This is a 2 part study to better understand the differential pathogenesis between acute CLE, subacute CLE and chronic CLE, which may help in diagnosis and treatment choice. In SP1, participants will give samples during one visit including blood, skin biopsies, and other bodily fluids to analyze differential expression of cells and pathways. In SP2, participants will be evaluated every 3 months for 6 months to uncover clinical responses to standard of care treatments along with tissue analysis.
