Brief description of study

PURPOSE: Our aim is to create a comprehensive glomerular disease database at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The database will aid researchers in rapid selection of patients for recruitment to multi-center studies and trials and allow basic characterization of patients. The databank will have 2 parts A. an EHR derived database and newly consented patients.
