Brief description of study

Primary Objectives 

        Determine biodistribution of the radioactive investigational drug, 11C HY-2-15 and calculate human dosimetry (at least 10 male and female participants).
        Demonstrate the feasibility of imaging the brain with the novel imaging agent 11C HY-2-15
        Determine the most appropriate data analysis methodology.
        Determine whether there is selective uptake of 11C HY-2-15 in people with MSA compared to healthy volunteers, PD and PSP participants.

Secondary Objectives

Evaluate the safety of 11C HY-2-15 biodistribution and dosimetry for 11C-HY-2-15 in humans Feasibility of imaging with 11C-HY-2-15 Comparison of MSA brain uptake vs PD, PSP and healthy controls
