Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to compare the two approaches for monitoring pancreatic cysts. The doctors want to see if less frequent monitoring is better or worse than more frequent monitoring for patients with pancreatic cysts. Depending on the Group you are assign to you receive a CT or MRI every year or 2 yrs. Or you can receive a CT or MRI or endoscopic ultrasound every 6 months to a year.
