Brief description of study

Primary Objectives

Determine biodistribution of the radioactive investigational drug, 11C M503 and calculate human dosimetry (at least 10 male and female participants).
Demonstrate the feasibility of imaging the brain with the novel imaging agent 11C M503
Determine the most appropriate data analysis methodology.
Determine whether there is selective uptake of 11C M503 in people with MSA compared to healthy volunteers, PD and PSP participants.

Secondary Objectives

Evaluate the safety of 11C M503 biodistribution and dosimetry for 11C-M503 in humans Feasibility of imaging with 11C-M503 Comparison of PD brain uptake vs MSA, PSP and healthy controls
