BCG at home
Brief description of study
The long-term goal of our research program is to identify and target the mechanisms by which innovations in care delivery may facilitate compliance with guideline-concordant care and access to care for early and late stage bladder cancer patients. The objective in this proposal is to evaluate a novel delivery model for providing intravesical BCG at home. Our central hypothesis is that the delivery of BCG at home will increase compliance with recommended BCG treatments and improve patient reported outcomes. The primary outcome is the compliance with guideline concordant care with home delivery of BCG. The secondary outcomes include satisfaction rates, financial toxicity scores, self-efficacy scores and symptom management scores with BCG home treatment..
