Brief description of study

The main purpose of this study is to collect information to determine if a medicine called enfortumab vedotin (EV) is effective, safe and comparable to the docetaxel or paclitaxel for cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer, including cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra) that has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body.
