Brief description of study
Prospective, non-randomized, non-blinded, single-arm, multicenter interventional study to assess the safety and effectiveness of AMDS to treat patients with acute DeBakey type I dissection with evidence of radiographic and/or clinical malperfusion, through open surgical
repair.
