Brief description of study
A digital-community platform tentatively called CommValidate will be created to serve people who use opioids and non-users from high-risk counties. The platform means to foster much needed community and social support amongst community members and will allow for these users to communicate, seek out help, advocate for one another, and will give users access to accurate information regarding opioids.
