Brief description of study
This is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center study on using the LimFlow System for creating an AV connection in the Below The Knee vascular system using an endovascular, minimally invasive approach to arterialize the pedal veins to treat chronic limb-threatening ischemia in subjects ineligible for conventional endovascular or surgical limb salvage procedures. The study population are patients ineligible for conventional endovascular or surgical limb salvage procedures by the physician.
