Brief description of study
Determine the reproducibility of the subharmonic aided pressure estimation (SHAPE) algorithm in subjects to estimate portal pressures with an ultrasound scanner. Examine if serial SHAPE can accurately predict development of ascites and other liver related events. Use SHAPE to monitor treatment response in patients identified with portal hypertension and compare results to elastography measurements or clinical outcomes.
