Brief description of study

This observational study will follow infants born with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks requiring positive pressure ventilation and planned clinical treatment with corticosteroids for bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD
  • Age: 1 years or below
  • Gender: All

Infants less than 32 weeks at birth Infants treated with corticosteroids for BPD (per neonatal attending clinical discretion) Receiving positive pressure ventilation (NIV, CPAP or endotracheal tube mediated assisted ventilation) Less than 14 days of age, <180 days of age
