Brief description of study

To determine the feasibility of near infrared (NIR) imaging of myocardial scar and epicardial adipose tissue in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: cardiac surgery
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 99 Years
  • Gender: All

Male and Female, Planned sternotomy for coronary artery bypass grafting or valve surgery, Age 18 or older
