Brief description of study

The Penn Medicine Biobank is collecting and storing biological specimens such as blood, as well as health information from volunteers. These samples and this information allow researchers to use them for research studies including but not limited to COVID-19, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
 

Detailed description of study

By consenting to participate, you will allow researchers access to your health information. You may also be asked to provide a small blood sample during an upcoming clinic visit.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
