Brief description of study
An adjustable above knee prosthetic is being tested on participants with above knee amputation. The prosthesis will be fit and aligned by the principal investigator. Subjects will return in two weeks to rate the prosthesis and check on the device. They can keep the prosthesis if they like.
Detailed description of study
The prosthesis is immediately fit to the patient, and is fully adjustable. Participants will be able to take the device home for two weeks to test it out, then keep it if they like .

Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: above knee amputation,transfemoral,amputation,amputee

Age: Between 18 Years - 70 Years

Gender: All
Inclusion:
- Above knee amputation
- Well healed limb
- Able to walk with either unassisted or with use of assistive devices (crutches, walker, etc)
- Weight under 260 pounds
Exclusions:
-skin ulcerations on residual limb or unhealed incision
- Neurological disorders such as stroke or brain injury that prevent safe gait
